Clarke joins Preston from Ipswich
Preston have signed Harry Clarke from Ipswich Town as he becomes their sixth signing of the summer.
Manager Paul Heckingbottom added: “I’m really pleased we’ve managed to get a deal for Harry done. He knows what it takes to play right at the top of this division and he’s got a couple of promotions under his belt.
“I’ve said throughout the summer that I’m confident we can land our main targets and being able to add Léo and Harry to the group today, both on permanent deals, re-enforces that as well as our ambition.”
Satpayev joins Burnley on loan
Chelsea striker Dastan Satpayev has moved to Burnley on a season-long deal.
The striker, who joined the Blues from Kairat this summer, will spend the campaign playing in the Championship after the Clarets’ relegation from the top flight last term.
After making the move to Lancashire, Satpayev said: “I’m very pleased to be here. It’s a great opportunity for me in my career and a great club to show what I can do and help the team get back to where they belong.
