Leeds are pursuing a move for Borussia Monchengladbach centre-back Nico Elvedi.
The Switzerland international, who can also play at right-back, worked under Leeds boss Daniel Farke when he was in charge of Monchengladbach for the 2022/23 season.
According to Sky in Germany, Elvedi is keen on a move to the Premier League and the Bundesliga club are open to a sale at the right price.
The 29-year-old has one year to run on his contract.
