After the loss against Kilmarnock, Rangers manager Philippe Clement has been the target of harsh criticism from Ibrox supporters.

Following a tumultuous summer revamp and a time of extreme uncertainty at the club’s top, Rangers are currently six points behind the leaders in the Scottish Premiership.
Before the Europa League match against FCSB, Clement calmly spoke to the media while pointing fingers at the Belgian manager.

Clement has asked Rangers supporters to support the team because he is in it for the long run at Ibrox, whether they like it or not.
However, as the criticism mounts, the Rangers manager has also implied that he has had the opportunity to leave the team since it isn’t so  much sinks as it does lurch from the blue sea of Ibrox.

In the past, Philippe Clement has hinted that he might have the chance to quit Rangers.

Amid rumors of Anderlecht earlier in October, the Rangers manager implied that not even the formidable Real Madrid could get him to leave Ibrox.

Clement repeated that he is here to finish out the four-year deal he signed on the eve of the new season, but he again alluded to interest from other teams in his remarks prior to the match against the Romanians.

“Obviously, that was the contract’s main idea,” Clement remarked. “From the board and myself, to demonstrate that I wouldn’t abandon if another opportunity arose.

“Everyone who has worked in football and performed this job knows that it takes time to rebuild, reduce salaries, make the club sustainable, and invest in young players for the present and the future.

“You can’t accomplish it in a month, two months, or three months.

“Or you need to be extremely lucky so that everyone settles in right away, that there are no injuries, and that everything goes your way in every game.”

To speed up the process at Ibrox, the Rangers boss has also been pleading with fans to back the team.

Since the club underwent a significant transformation in the summer, the Gers have several up-and-coming players who have never performed at this level.

As a result, Philippe Clement is pleading with Rangers supporters to support their youthful team in order to assist them reach their objectives as quickly as possible.

“Last season, the story had the support of all the fans,” Clement stated.

“I don’t go in the drama today since I didn’t go in the high at the time or in the Harry Potter books.

“There is a large gap between, and we are situated there.”And the supporters will witness this team’s improvement over the next months.However, the more people support this squad, the more upbeat they are, and the more energy they give the team, the faster it will move forward.

However, we also recognize that the supporters must be able to see what is happening on the field.

“The performance against Kilmarnock in that manner did not satisfy us.”
