The Las Vegas Raiders are heading into the offseason with a new slate, in head coach Pete Carroll’s first season with the organization.

Las Vegas finished the season with a 4-13 record, the last place team in the AFC West.

Following a disappointing year for the Raiders, they fired head coach Antonio Pierce, leading to the decision of brining Carroll into the mix, an experienced staff member with Super Bowl experience.

As the Raiders look to improve, a recent trade pitch lands New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers in Las Vegas, per Pro Football Network.

Rodgers has been with the Jets for two seasons, after playing for the Green Bay Packers for 18 years.

The Raiders’ current quarterback room consists of Gardner Minshew, Aidan O’Connell and Desmond Ridder.

All received ample snaps during the season, given injuries throughout the position group such as a broken collarbone for Minshew and bone bruise for O’Connell.

Rodgers finished the season with 28 touchdowns and 3,897 yards with a 63.0 completion percentage.

He led the Jets to a 5-12 record, listed as the No. 3 team in the AFC East behind the Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills.

During his 20-year NFL career, Rodgers has been named a four-time MVP, four-time All-Pro, 10-time Pro Bowler, Super Bowl MVP and Super Bowl Champion (XLV).

While Raiders’ minority stake owner Tom Brady is currently prepping for Super Bowl LIX, serving as the lead color commentator for Fox Sports, he’ll likely contribute to the Jets’ decision for the future of the quarterback position.
