Daniel Farke led Leeds United to second place in the Championship standings with a 3-0 victory over Plymouth Argyle on Saturday afternoon, making a number of debuts in the process.

With Leeds hardly moving out of second gear and Plymouth failing to muster a shot, three points were secured thanks to goals from Dan James, Joel Piroe, and Brenden Aaronson in a ten-minute first-half flurry.

Leeds’ eighth Championship victory of the season came so easily that manager Farke decided to make three debuts in the closing minutes of the game. Notably, Josuha Guilavogui, a recent addition, entered the game.

Guilavogui and Sam Chambers, another rookie in the victory over Plymouth, impressed Farke. Charlie Crew, a 17-year-old who also played his debut game for Leeds, was the last of the three.

Charlie Crew shares on Instagram that he is thrilled with Leeds’ debut.
Crew has a “great vision and awareness,” according to Tony Dorigo throughout preseason, but the young player has been forced to wait for his debut. Crew found himself an unused sub several times during the previous season.

Prior to his eventual opportunity to play for the first XI on Saturday, he had already earned his maiden Wales cap. He expressed his happiness at making his debut for the Yorkshire team on Instagram over the weekend.

“Excellent feeling to have made my Leeds United debut last night, hopefully more special memories to come at this place,” was the caption he posted.

Among those who responded to Charlie Crew’s debut was Largie Ramazani.
It was almost time for Crew to make his Whites debut. a player who made an impression throughout training and the preseason. His debut for Leeds has been well-earned by the youthful midfield player.

Leeds players Largie Ramazani and fellow star Sam Chambers were among the many who replied to Crew’s Instagram post. “Finally,” said Scott Godden, who departed on a free in the summer.

Although the match is expected to be much more challenging and a second appearance is improbable, Crew is anticipated to be a member of the traveling squad when Leeds play Millwall on Wednesday night in London.
