An official ticket announcement from Newcastle United.
The club announced on Friday that they are introducing standardized ticketing timelines (see below).
For both home and away games, the club is modifying the ballot system schedule and ticket sales.
This was completed following NUST consultation.
Official announcement from Newcastle United, November 1, 2024:

“To ensure consistency and reduce scheduling conflicts, Newcastle United has made changes to ticket sales and the ballot system timelines for both home and away fixtures after consulting with the Newcastle United Supporters’ Trust.”

To accommodate people who might have trouble making purchases online, all ticket sales will now take place during regular box office hours, which are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Approximately 95% of ballot applications are typically completed in the first 24 hours after the ballot is made available.

The purchasing window will stay at 48 hours, however the ballot opening period will be lowered from 48 hours to 24 hours to accommodate this adjustment.

Home games for Newcastle United
The following schedule will apply to Premier League home games in the lead-up:
The members’ ballot opens Monday at 12 p.m.
Members’ ballots shut Tuesday at 12 p.m. (the 48-hour timeframe has been shortened to a 24-hour window).
Results of members’ ballots will be emailed out on Wednesday at 10 a.m.
The members’ seat selection window opens on Wednesday at 12 p.m.
The member ballot seat selection window closes at 12 p.m. on Friday.

The resale of tickets begins at 4 p.m. on Friday, 2024–2025 season ticket holders are eligible to do so.

General sale for members on Monday at 10 a.m.

To prevent conflicts and conflicts with away tickets at 2pm, all ballot opening and closing periods will be at noon, followed by general sales at 10am.

Newcastle United’s away games
About four weeks before each match, all away fixtures will go on sale at 2:00 pm, pending confirmation of the date and time of the match as well as information from the home team. Depending on availability, points will be dropped every 24 hours after they go on sale.
The ballot for away tickets will be available to those fans for 24 hours after the match is sold out through the loyalty points system with less loyalty points than the fixture sold out.
