Brennan Carroll, who spent the past year as Washington’s offensive coordinator and offensive line coach, is leaving the Huskies to join his father Pete Carroll’s Las Vegas Raiders staff.

UW coach Jedd Fisch confirmed the news Monday during a press conference and announced QB coach Jimmie Dougherty as the Huskies’ new offensive coordinator, while naming assistant Michael Switzer as the team’s offensive line coach.

It will be the first time Brennan won’t be part of Fisch’s coaching staff since 2021. They previously spent three seasons together at Arizona before Brennan followed Fisch to Washington, though Brennan was never the team’s offensive play caller.

“For six years, he and his family, and me and my family have spent together,” Fisch said of his relationship with Carroll. “It’s been a great partnership and I’m super excited for BC and for Pete in their next endeavor over at the Raiders.”

Brennan most recently worked for his father with the Seahawks in 2020, when he was the run game coordinator. He also served as the team’s assistant offensive line coach from 2015-19. Brennan started his career as a graduate assistant, then a tight ends coach for Pete at USC, and followed his father to the Seahawks in 2010 as an offensive assistant.

In Las Vegas, Brennan will be the offensive line coach and run game coordinator.
