Pittsburgh — With a 26-18 victory over the New York Giants, the Pittsburgh Steelers advanced to 6-2 and recorded their third consecutive victory. Before the challenge that awaits them following the bye week, Pittsburgh is currently leading the AFC North going into the bye week.
A strong offensive attack led by Russell Wilson is a great place to start when trying to figure out that side of the ball. Najee Harris has demonstrated that the running game is about to take off with three consecutive 100-yard rushing efforts.
After failing to score any points for the previous two weeks, the Giants did manage to gain close to 400 total yards on offense. Nevertheless, the Steelers keep forcing turnovers, winning the battle of turnovers two to one and ultimately winning the game with a game-winning interception.
The Steelers’ special teams continued to be among the best. One of the best units in the league has been Danny Smith’s.
Following the Steelers’ victory over the Giants, these are the national reactions.
