Megan Fox’s amazing figure is the result of her hard work and determination, even though she may have had assistance to change the curve of her nose and enlarge her breasts.
The 38-year-old actress refuses to put anything into her body that isn’t “gluten-free and organic,” including alcohol, and is “extremely strict” about her diet and exercise regimen.
She stated, “I’m always totally sober,” to Glamour UK in 2022.
“Not even a glass of wine is consumed by me. I never smoke. I abstain from coffee. I never stray from my extremely rigid diet.
Similar to several Hollywood celebrities, Megan has been rigorously trained by her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak, who has previously provided an explanation of how Megan keeps her physique trim and toned.
Megan has always been mindful of the foods she puts in her body, and she adopted a strict diet to help her regain her figure after giving birth to her second child in 2014.
“I completely gave up bread and other similar carbs. Not a single pretzel, cracker, or chip. Nothing harmful,” she said at the time to E! News. “The worst thing I put in my body is coffee, once a day.”
But Megan hasn’t given up on carbohydrates entirely. She consumes carbohydrates. Harley had previously told Us Weekly, “She just eats the right carbs.”
“Her diet is low in sugar. She’s not doing any zero this or zero that, and it’s so sustainable and moderate,” he continued.
Harley said Megan eats three meals and two snacks a day on average.
Every meal will have protein, fiber, and a good fat for her. She undoubtedly leads a low-sugar lifestyle. She is fantastic and has truly stepped up,” he remarked.
Salmon is one of Megan’s favorite foods. He told Glamour, “She will have salmon at least once a day.”
She’s going to have a lot of salmon sashimi, miso soup, cucumber salad, and edamame.”
Megan’s intermittent companion, Machine Gun Kelly, affirmed her passion for clean eating.
In 2020, he said to People, “She’s probably ordering sushi,” in reference to their favorite late-night munchies. “She eats incredibly healthily. Her menu features only organic and gluten-free options.”
Megan has learnt how to cook for herself at home, Harley also revealed. The trainer previously told Us Weekly, “She’s sticking to it, and she realized she doesn’t have to make elaborate meals in the kitchen.”
He gave an example of her daily meal, saying, “She’ll have an egg white omelet or smoothie in the morning, with some avocado for healthy fats. She also plans to have a salad with grilled chicken for lunch and hummus and chopped vegetables for a snack.”
At least three days a week, Megan works out, with two of those sessions being “really hard” exercise.
She previously admitted to E! News that she works out twice a week. “I use very heavy weights for my cardio spurts. circuit instruction.
She works out using Harley’s Five Factors as well.
He told People: “They are five phases: a minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five-minute cool down.”
