Football with the Pittsburgh Steelers appears to not be to everyone’s taste. The Steelers’ signature style of football has always been brutal, hard-nosed, smashmouth play.
It has been the same way this year too. Pittsburgh’s strong defense has shut down opponents’ offenses in two games, allowing just eight points per contest. Despite facing arguably the best defense in the NFL thus far, Justin Fields
and the Pittsburgh Steelers offense have done just enough to win games. With T.J. Watt, one of the league’s finest defensive players, Pittsburgh’s defense is playing at a high level.
“For crying out loud, they have more victories than touchdowns! Although head coach Mike Tomlin does an amazing job every season, the Steelers are not really contenders in my opinion.”
Even though Solak doesn’t like it, Justin Fields isn’t solely to blame for the Steelers’ offensive problems. Not entirely. The offense has lost numerous times as a result of offensive infractions.
The Steelers have plenty of time to work out their offense and get going when they have a defense like this. On Sunday, they will square off against the Los Angeles Chargers in their home debut. The game is set to begin at 1 p.m. ET.
