AC/DC announce huge summer 2024 POWER UP European tour
AC/DC will be playing two nights at London’s Wembley Stadium as part of their newly-announced POWER UP tour, which also includes shows in Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Slovakia, Belgium, France and Ireland.
It’s happening! After a whole lotta teasing over the last couple of weeks, AC/DC have just announced a huge European headline tour for this summer.
The band will finally be taking POWER UP out on the road for some massive dates in Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, England, Slovakia, Belgium, France and Ireland from May to August, for their first proper tour in a whopping eight years.
They’ve confirmed that their line-up will consist of vocalist Brian Johnson, guitarists Angus and Stevie Young, Matt Laug on drums and Chris Chaney on bass – who as AC/DC themselves say will be carrying “the torch for Cliff” Williams, who retired from performing in 2016 though did make it back out onstage with them for Power Trip festival last year.
