It Seems That Radiohead Are “Coming Back Around To That Point” Of Returning
It seems that Radiohead could be on the brink of returning.
The band released ‘A Moon Shaped Pool’ back in 2016, before embarking on a number of global shows. Finishing the tour in 2018, Radiohead then parted company, with each member absorbing solo challenges and side-hustles.
It seems that the group’s appetite for something Radiohead-shaped has returned, with Philip Selway spilling the beans. Appearing on a live-stream with Crow Hill Company, he was probed about the band’s current plans.
“We’ve actually had a little break for a minute; the last show that we did was back in 2018, but we’re coming back ’round to that point now. There is just something particular to that relationship — that creative relationship and personal relationship — actually, you can’t get anywhere else.”
He continued: “We’re all coming back around to that point now of thinking, ‘Right, we’ve had a break — this is it. This feels like something to dive back into and really explore and see what other directions it can take us in.”
Hmm, interesting!
Philip Selway released his third studio album ‘Strange Dance‘ through Bella Union earlier this year.
