The business end of the NRL season has arrived with a host of injuries to key players rocking the competition.

Payne Haas, Ezra Mam and Ben Murdoch-Masila are the latest additions to their club’s casualty wards, with the trio set for extended periods on the sidelines along with Alex Johnston, Latrell Mitchell and Mitch Moses.

Reece Walsh pushed through the pain barrier in Round 23 after suffering a wrist injury and will need to be assessed.

Jack Gosiewski suffered a broken arm just a few minutes into his side’s game against the Warriors in Round 17. He is expected to be out for two months.

Payne Haas lasted just 10 minutes of his side’s clash against the Titans in Round 22 before going off. The club have since confirmed the prop has suffered a Lisfranc injury but haven’t ruled him out for the year yet.

Jock Madden suffered a torn hamstring against the Panthers in Round 18 and is likely to be sidelined for an extended period.

Ezra Mam suffered a syndesmosis injury in the first half of Brisbane’s match against the Titans in Round 22 and will miss the remainder of the season.

Jordan Rapana was ruled out of his side’s clash against the Sea Eagles in Round 23 after suffering a head knock and failing his HIA.

Chevy Stewart has missed the past month with an ankle injury but is expected to return this week.

Pasami Saulo was sidelined in Round 9 due to a lower back injury with the forward still out indefinitely.

Corey Harawira-Naera’s future remains clouded. Ricky Stuart claimed the forward was facing early retirement after suffering a seizure last season.

Zac Hosking suffered a shoulder issue during his side’s loss to the Bulldogs in Round 22 and has been ruled out for the rest of the season after undergoing surgery.

Reed Mahoney suffered a shoulder issue during his side’s win over the Dragons in Round 23 and will need to be assessed.

Jaeman Salmon suffered a fractured jaw during Canterbury’s golden-point victory over the Warriors in Round 18. He is expected to be sidelined for up to six weeks.

Blake Taaffe is facing up to two months on the sidelines after suffering a syndesmosis injury.

Max King isn’t expected to return this year after suffering a wrist injury in Round 18.

Ryan Sutton suffered a knee injury upon his return to action via the NSW Cup in Round 17 and will miss the rest of the season.

Teig Wilton was a late withdrawal last week due to a hamstring issue but is expected to be back this week.

Braydon Trindall was taken off during his side’s win over the Rabbitohs in Round 22 after suffering a hamstring strain. He is scheduled to return this week.

Braden Hamlin-Uele has been struggling with knee soreness which saw him rested last week.

Nicho Hynes has been ruled out for approximately two months after suffering a syndesmosis rupture and a fractured tibia in training ahead of Round 19.

Ronaldo Mulitalo is expected to be out for up to a month after being sidelined with a knee injury ahead of Round 22.

Jesse Colquhoun ruptured his ACL in Round 19 and will miss the rest of the season, in what was his first appearance for the Sharks this year after overcoming a foot problem.

Kade Dykes has been ruled out for the rest of the campaign after struggling with a knee injury.

Dale Finucane suffered a fractured eye socket in Round 3 in what proved to be his final game in the NRL, as he announced his retirement ahead of Round 8.
