Paris Jackson says she wants to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Jackson stated that Marvel ‘hadn’t let anyone down since 2009.
Paris Jackson is eager to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and she is open to playing either a hero or a villain.
The model and singer has lately entered the acting world, having played a small role in the 2018 film Gringo and appearing in The Space Between and Habit the previous year.
The 23-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson has voiced her wish to appear in a Marvel film.
Jackson told Variety that she wanted to “be a superhero or a supervillain,” adding, “I grew up reading comic books with my brothers.” We watch new Marvel films together as a family. “They haven’t disappointed anyone since 2009.”
She stated that her favourite characters were Wolverine, Iron Man, and Deadpool because they “do what’s right, but not by the book.” And they have a snarkiness about them that I enjoy.”
As a fan of both, she admitted that she found it difficult to compare Marvel and the DC Universe.
“I don’t think one is necessarily better than the other,” Jackson stated. “I grew up with Marvel. It’s like comparing the Beatles to the Rolling Stones. “They are very different.”
The actor’s next project is the Hulu adolescent film Sex Appeal, which will be available on the streaming platform in the United States on Friday, January 14.
Last year, Jackson talked up about his LGBT identity, acknowledging that certain members of his family struggled to accept it because of their religion.
